Emmet
To mark the milestone of Emmet becoming a Bar Mitzvah, we wanted a weekend that gave the family the spiritual experience we wanted, and a fun kid-focused celebration that was in line with Emmet’s casual style and personality (and our budget). His requests were no dressing up, no dancing, and no embarrassing speeches.
We kept the guest list to his close friends, religious school classmates, and family. We also needed to accommodate the multiple food allergies and dietary requirements of our extended family. We accomplished all of the above with the help of our wonderful synagogue clergy and staff, and the great vendors who worked with us.
At the party, Celebration Authority led the kids, and some brave adults, in very active competitive games in the gym and on the turf. The grilled food from Michael’s Red Hots was simply delicious. Emmet designed his own T-shirt logo with the help of Custom Specialty Promotions, and the T-shirts turned out great. His friends left happy and well fed. Annette took BEAUTIFUL photos, and I love how she captured the joy in Emmet’s face.
Thank you to ALL who worked with us.
